يکي از سوالاتي که اکثر دوستان در ايميل ها يا حضورا در کارخانجات مي پرسند اين است که همايشهاي نگهداري وتعميرات کشوري سطح علمي و کاربردي بودن آنها چقدر است و آيا ارزش دارد که با صرف هزينه و زمان و مسافت زياد در اين همايشها شرکت کنيم؟!

بخصوص اينکه در بازه چهار الي 5 سال اخير بدليل مشکلات اقتصادي صنعت ، سازمانها براي برنامه هاي آموزشي و شرکت پرسنل در همايشهاي مختلف احتياط بيشتري دارند.

ابتدا بايد انواع و تعداد همايشهايي که در سطح کشور در زمينه نگهداري و تعميرات برگزاري مي شود را مرور کنيم ، البته بيشتر همايشهائي را مدنظر داريم که به صورت جامع تر و با روند سالانه يا دو سالانه به صورت مرتبط برگزار مي گردد و از همايشها تخصصي و انحصاري که يک بار برگزار شده است صرف نظر مي کنيم.

خرابي بيرينگ هاي ساچمه اي را مي توان قبل از نقطه شکست کشف کرد. ساده ترين روش براي کشف چنين عيوبي اندازه گيري منظم ميزان ارتعاش کلي هوزينگ بيرينگ مي باشد. روش ساده اما موثرتر ديگر اندازه گيري crest factor ارتعاش مي باشد. اما هشدارهاي زودتر با مقايسه CPB طيف ارتعاشي آشکار مي شوند. عيوب بيرينگ در چنين طيفي بصورت افزايش دامنه در اجزا فرکانس بالا نشان داده مي شوند.
